مقدمه: کتابخانه انسانی، رویدادی است که در آن مراجعهکنندگان به جای امانت گرفتن کتابهای معمولی یک کتاب زنده یا کتاب انسانی را به امانت می‌گیرند و از تجارب و تخصص وی بهرهمند میشوند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی چگونگی پیاده‌سازی و ارزیابی یک کتابخانه انسانی در حوزه سلامت از طریق مرور حیطه‌ای بود.
روش ها: مطالعه حاضر یک مرور حیطه‌ای است که بدین منظور جستجویی در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی مختلف فارسی و انگلیسی با استفاده از کلیدواژه های مرتبط (کتابخانه انسانی، کتابخانه زنده، Human Library و Living Library) انجام شد و تعداد 2570 مقاله بازیابی شد. نمونه پژوهش پس از غربالگری منابع شناسایی شده بر اساس معیارهای ورود و خروج، 44 مقاله بود که به‌صورت روایتی ترکیب و در قالب جداول ارائه شد.
یافته ها: پیاده‌سازی و اجرای کتابخانه انسانی در حوزه سلامت شامل دو موضوع اصلی "مقدمات و برنامه‌ریزی" و "مسائل مربوط به کتاب انسانی" و 12 موضوع فرعی مانند مشخص کردن نحوه تبلیغات، اخذ مجوز، و تعیین نحوه انتخاب و امانت کتاب انسانی بود. ارزیابی کتابخانه انسانی نیز شامل سه موضوع اصلی "هدف ارزیابی"، "ابزار ارزیابی" و "چالش‌های ارزیابی" و 22 موضوع فرعی مانند ارزیابی کیفیت کتابهای انسانی، محرمانه بودن ارزیابی و ارزیابی تناسب برنامه بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: پژوهش حاضر اصول و مراحل لازم برای پیاده‌سازی، اجرا و ارزیابی کتابخانه انسانی در حوزه سلامت را نشان می‌دهد. شناخت این موارد می‌تواند سازوکاری در اختیار سیاست‌گذاران سلامت و کتابداران و اطلاع‌رسانان پزشکی قرار دهد تا کتابخانه های انسانی را در حوزه سلامت راه اندازی نمایند.
