The mportance of Implementing Managerial Skills in Hospital Administration The goal of the present study was to emphasize the importance of managerial skills in hospitals and health services administration. In order to achieve the above goal, health care organizations were analyzed from efficiency and effectiveness point of view. The importance of managerial skills in governing such organizations have been discussed in this paper.
