fa تحلیل ساختار بازار و زنجیره تأمین تجهیزات پزشکی ایران؛ مقایسه با کشورهای منتخب: مرور حیطه‌ای مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی‌ و درمانی Health Services Management مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">مقدمه</span></b><span lang="FA">: سازمان جهانی سلامت، فناوری پزشکی را برای نظام سلامت کشورها حیاتی می‌داند. بدون تجهیزات و ملزومات پزشکی با کیفیت و مقرون به صرفه، نبود ساختار بازار مناسب در رقابت پذیری، و هم چنین نقش فعال شبکه زنجیره تامین، دستیابی به پوشش همگانی سلامت ممکن نیست. این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی و تحلیل ساختار بازار و زنجیره تأمین صنعت وسایل، تجهیزات و ملزومات پزشکی در ایران در مقایسه با کشورهای منتخب انجام شده است.</span><b><span lang="FA"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Titr&quot;"></span></span></b></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">روش ها:</span></b><span lang="FA"> در این پژوهش از روش مرور حیطه‌ای آرسکی و اومالی استفاده شد. کلیدواژه‌های مرتبط به زبان فارسی و انگلیسی از پایگاه‌های داده‌ای </span>Magiran<span lang="FA">، </span>SID<span lang="FA">، </span>Irandoc<span lang="FA">، </span>IRDA<span lang="FA">، </span>Emerald<span lang="FA">، </span>Embase<span lang="FA">، </span>WOS<span lang="FA">، </span>Scopus<span lang="FA"> و </span>PubMed<span lang="FA"> از سال 2001 تا 2025 جمع‌آوری گردید. معیارهای ورود شامل دستیابی به متن کامل مطالعات و معیارهای خروج شامل محدودیت‌های دسترسی به متن و عدم وجود شواهد مرتبط بود. در نهایت، 40 مطالعه برای تحلیل انتخاب و با روش تحلیل چارچوبی بررسی شدند. آخرین نسخه چک‌لیست </span>PRISMA-SCR<span lang="FA"> نیز در این فرایند به کار گرفته شد.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">یافته‌ها:</span></b><span lang="FA"> تفاوت‌های زیادی بین کشورهای توسعه‌یافته و ایران از نظر سهم صادرات و واردات، رگلاتوری، عملکرد بازار، مدیریت زنجیره تأمین و رقابت وجود دارد. کشورهای توسعه‌یافته با سرمایه‌گذاری در تحقیق و توسعه، سهم بزرگی از بازار وسایل پزشکی در کشورهای در حال توسعه را به دست آورده‌اند.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></b><span lang="FA"> نبود بازار رقابتی در واردات وسایل پزشکی، رشد شاخص تمرکز برخی واردکنندگان و ناکارآمدی زنجیره تأمین، چالش‌هایی برای نظام سلامت ایران ایجاد کرده است. پیشنهاد می‌شود که به تولید داخلی، ایجاد بازار رقابتی و الگوبرداری از کشورهای توسعه‌یافته توجه شود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong><span style="color:#0e101a">Introduction:</span></strong><span style="color:#0e101a"> The World Health Organization considers medical technology vital to countries&#39; health systems. Without quality and affordable medical equipment and supplies, lack of market structure, competitiveness, and also active role of supply chain of medical devices and equipment, achieving universal health coverage is not possible. This study aimed to identify and analyze the market structure and supply chain of the medical devices, equipment, and supplies industry in Iran in comparison with selected countries.</span><br> <strong><span style="color:#0e101a">Methods:</span></strong><span style="color:#0e101a"> This study used the Arksey and O&#39;Malley scoping review method. Relevant keywords in Persian and English were collected from the Magiran, SID, Irandoc, IRDA, Emerald, Embase, WOS, Scopus, and PubMed databases from 2001 to 2025. Inclusion criteria included access to the full text of the studies, and exclusion criteria included restrictions on access to the text and the absence of relevant evidence. Finally, 40 studies were selected for analysis and reviewed using the framework analysis method. The latest version of the PRISMA-SCR checklist was also used in this process.</span><br> <strong><span style="color:#0e101a">Results:</span></strong><span style="color:#0e101a"> There are significant differences between developed countries and Iran in terms of export and import shares, regulation of market performance, supply chain management, and competition. Developed countries have gained a large share of the medical device market in developing countries by investing in research and development.</span><br> <strong><span style="color:#0e101a">Conclusion:</span></strong><span style="color:#0e101a"> The lack of a competitive market in the import of medical devices, the growth of the concentration index of some importers, and the inefficiency of the supply chain have created challenges for the Iranian health system.
