Introduction: Systematic review is an approach with precise identification of all the relevant studies leading to more objective and scientific conclusions. Unless the structure of the studies comply with internationally accepted standards, they cannot effectively be responsive to objectives of the studies. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the compliance ration of Iranian Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis abstracts indexed in WOS and PRISMA statement
Methods: This study is an analytical survey. The sample included 204 Iranian systematic reviews and meta-analysis abstracts indexed in WOS up to the end of 2012. In this study the structure of the abstracts were evaluated using the PRISMA statement. Pearson correlation coefficient was used to calculate the correlation between the obtained results with cited articles, the number of authors and the publication year.
Results: The mean PRISMA score of article’s abstract was 6.24± 1.68. The objective section with 99%, compliance rate, had the highest compliance rate and the Registration with 2%, had the lowest compliance rate among other PRISMA items. The means for citations and the number of authors were 4 and 5.3, respectively. There is statistically significant positive correlation between the PRISMA score and the mean of received citations (P=0.010, r=0.181),as well as the number of authors (P=0.013, r=0.175).
Conclusion: According to the findings the ratio of compliance between abstracts and PRISMA is not desirable. Therefore, authors should be trained for better reporting of results. In addition, the editors of magazines should include the guidelines of accurate reporting of these types of articles in the article writing guidelines.

Introduction: Library websites are one of the main ways to access to library resources, therefore, they should be desihned according to users;#39 needs to ensure their proper performance. This study aims to evaluate the usability of central libraries websites of Top Iranian Medical Universities and determinate its relationship with webometric ranking.
Methods: This descriptive-analytical, cross-sectional study was conducted in 2013 to evaluate the usability of central libraries’ websites of Iranian Medical Universities, type I (Tehran, Shahid Beheshti, Isfahan, Shiraz, Tabriz, Mashhad, Ahvaz, Kerman, Mazandaran, Uromia, Kermanshah and Zanjan). Three evaluators independently examined the websites using Nielsen’s usability principles. Then a list of usability problems was identified and classified based on their severity. Then, the correlation between the ranking of the central library websites and the ranking of webometrics was determined. Spss20 was used to analyse the data.
Results: according to the findings, the highest number of problems was related to "flexibility and efficiency of use" and the lowest was related to "error prevention". Based on the severity of identified problems, the highest number of problems were "major" ones. There was no significant correlation between the usability ranking of the central library websites and the webometrics ranking of the same universities.
Conclusion: Despite the wide usage and variety of users, library websites interfaces are not of good usability, therefore, it is recommended to to consider standards and principles while designing websites.

Introduction: One of the main factors of hospital costs resulting in hospital resources constraints is Length of Stay (LOS). Recognizing factors associated with this index can result in optimized utilization of resources and reducing LOS. The present study has been conducted with the aim of investigating LOS-related factors using decision tree applied on hospital admission data. Methods: In this descriptive-retrospective study, 188068 patient data were extracted from computerized patient records including 16 variables in all wards in Ghaem Hospital in Mashhad, Iran, during 2009-2014. After data cleaning, in order to determine the factors associated with LOS, statistical procedures including univariate analysis, chi-Square statistical test, one-way ANOVA, and CHAID algorithm were applied on our data using SPSS Statistical Software version 19.
Results: The mean and median of LOS in Ghaem hospital were 6. 5 and 4 days, respectively. Out of 15 independent variables entered the model, 11 variables including the ward, the patient’s age, the admission reason, the doctor, the referral status, the patient’s job, the marital status, the status of the residential place, the caregiver(s), admission day of the week, and the insurance type were associated with LOS.
Conclusion: The results of data mining techniques can be different based on the input data. Therefore, to identify the factors related to LOS, it is necessary to enter the related data of individual hospitals into the model and to use the obtained results at the same hospital.

Therefore, the present study aimed at investigating the mediating role of psychological empowerment among servant leadership and organizational entrepreneurship among Zahedan medical sciences university staff. Methods: 187 staff from Zahedan medical sciences university were selected through simple random sampling. They answered to self-report questionnaires of servant leadership, psychological empowerment, and organizational entrepreneurship. Path analysis by means of LISREL software was used to analyze the data.
Results: the findings generally showed that the relationship between servant leadership and organizational entrepreneurship was influenced by the components of psychological empowerment so that servant leadership, through psychological empowerment components, had indirect positive effect on organizational entrepreneurship. Moreover, the results displayed that among components of servant leadership, service and humility had the most indirect effect on organizational entrepreneurship.

Introduction: Spite of many studies conducted on digital libraries, there are a few studies on the evaluation of this type of library. The present study was an attempt to determine similarities and differences between Tehran University of Medical Sciences Digital Library against the Structural Standards of an academic digital library.
Methods: This was an observational study in which the data was collected by a check list developed by the researcher. The check list was constructed by evaluating the best digital libraries in 2010 from Digital Library Federation point of view, facilities in an academic libraries and a literature review. Then, TUMS Digital Library was compared with all components in the check list to determine the similarities and differences. Finally, descriptive statistics (average and percentage) were presented using SPSS software.
Results: The study showed that TUMS Digital Library just met 22.3 percent (8 components) of the standards including university news, electronic journal, staff name, Email, telephone number, databases, physical library work time, address and membership in the library. Conclusion: It seems that the reason for calling this library a Digital Library is just based on possessing several electronic resources and TUMS digital library does not conform with a standard digital library. However, besides having features of a traditional library, a digital library should have special characteristics which will be discussed in this study.

Introduction: Telemental health is one of the most successful aspects of telehealth. In this study, we focus on family therapy as a branch of psychotherapy and analyze its efficacy in telecommunication settings.
Methods: This is a descriptive study conducted between October 2014 and February -2015. The sample of the study consisted of 30 patients having family therapy sessions via an internet based connection in a clinic in Mashhad. Data were collected by a questionnaire. The content validity of the questionnaire was established using a panel of 3 experts, and reliability was assured with internal consistency method. We also conducted a semi-structured interview with the psychotherapist in order to obtain his opinions on this method. Results: The findings on three indices examined in this research showed that 80 percent of participants were satisfied with the interviewee/interviewer interaction, 73.3 percent of participants rated usability of the technology as moderate to high, while 93.3 percent of the participants reported high satisfaction with this method of telecounseling. The open-ended questions and the debriefing interview with the psychotherapist were reviewed, and general features of responses were extracted and classified. Conclusion: Iran with the wide land area and considerable number of rural and deprived areas, has a good potential to benefit from telehealth advantages. As it is the first study examining the efficacy and acceptability of telepsychotherapy in Iran, further research is needed in order to examine other aspects of this field to find the best solution suitable for our country.
