Data were elicited through two kinds of questionnaires submitted to medical libraries' staff and the supervisors of investigated theses. All questionnaires were filled out and there was no missed one. The findings showed that 58% of libraries' staff was unaware of the theses which had investigated their libraries as their investigation community. Those who were informed of these theses, had not studied them firstly because they didn't access to them and secondly because they didn't need them. Of those who had studied the theses, only 2.1% had made some changes to their libraries according to the research findings after study. 77.28% of supervisors had pointed or referred to their supervised theses. 45.5% of theses' results were published as papers or presented in student seminars of librarianship.
