This study aimed to determine the relationship between two important variables, spiritual intelligence and social capital, and quality of work life. Methods: The population of this applied, non-experimental study consisted of 284 employees of Islamic Azad University of Medical Sciences. Considering Morgan sample table, the sample size (162) was determined using stratified random sampling based on gender. The tools used for data collection consisted of King’s spiritual intelligence, Walton’s quality of work life, and Nahpyt and Ghoshal’s social capital questionnaires the content validity of which were confirmed and their reliability scores were 0. 89, 0. 82, and 0. 86%, respectively. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and regression. Results: There was a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and quality of work life (r=0. 70, p=0. 000), and between social capital and quality of work life (r=0. 83, p=0. 000). Therefore, these variables can predict the quality of work life. Conclusion: Spiritual intelligence and social capital predict quality of life differently. According to the findings, social capital can predict 0. 64 of changes in the quality of work life while spiritual intelligence can predict 40% of those changes.
