مقدمه: با توجه به پیچیدگی خدمات در نظام سلامت که مستلزم تعامل افراد و سازمان‌های مختلف می‌باشد، ضعف در مدل‌های حکمرانی شبکه‌ای منجر به بروز تعارضات مختلف مانند تعارضات مالی، غیر شفاف بودن چارچوب‌های پاسخگویی در قبال خطاهای پزشکی و مشکل در هماهنگی‌های بین تیمی می‌گردد. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی عملی فاکتورهای اساسی مؤثر بر طراحی مدل حکمرانی شبکه‌ای مطلوب در نظام سلامت به‌صورت هم‌زمان است.
روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع پژوهش‌های کمی و از منظر نتیجه یک پژوهش همبستگی بود. در پژوهش حاضر، با بررسی متون، متغیرهای مؤثر بر حوزه‌های حکمرانی شبکه شناخته شدند. بر اساس فرضیات در نظر گرفته شده مدل ساختاری مورد نظر توسعه داده شد. داده‌های پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه‌ی استاندارد از دو شبکه‌ی همکاری در زمینه‌ی آزمایشگاه‌های تشخیص طبی و یک شبکه تأمین تجهیزات پزشکی با مجموع 194 سازمان عضو شبکه‌های مذکور در مجموع به تعداد 98 پرسش‌نامه‌ جمع‌آوری شد. جهت آزمون فرضیات پژوهش از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری روش حداقل مربعات جزئی و از نرم‌افزار اسمارت پی ‌ال ‌اس 2 استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: فاکتورهای رفتار فرصت‌طلبانه، اعتماد، تعهد، اشتراک‌گذاری اطلاعات، اشتراک‌گذاری دانش به‌عنوان فاکتورهای کلیدی تأثیرگذار بر مدل حکمرانی و همچنین، همکاری و هماهنگی جهت ارزیابی حکمرانی شبکه‌ای در مدل ساختاری پژوهش مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که تعهد و اشتراک‌گذاری اطلاعات دارای بیشترین تأثیر مستقیم بر حکمرانی شبکه هستند. همچنین، رفتار فرصت‌طلبانه دارای تأثیر منفی و شدیدی بر اعتماد در شبکه بوده که از این طریق بر حکمرانی شبکه تأثیرگذار بوده است.
نتیجه‌گیری: جهت طراحی مدل حکمرانی شبکه‌ای مطلوب در نظام سلامت باید به اعتماد و تعهد توجه ویژه‌ای گردد. همچنین، این متغیرها می‌توانند با بهبود اشتراک‌گذاری اطلاعات بر حکمرانی شبکه تأثیر بگذارند. علاوه بر در نظر گرفتن فاکتورهای یاد شده، مدل حکمرانی باید به‌گونه‌ای طراحی گردد تا از رفتار فرصت‌طلبانه‌ی اعضا جلوگیری نماید.
