Introduction: Paying attention to hospital security is very important because weak patients or those who cannot move, need more attention than others, and since biological factors, among others, are cause's of danger, it necessitates a careful consideration in hospital security, specially in radiology department . In this study, 3 public hospitals (2 specialized & one general) were chosen.

Methods: This is a descriptive research conducted in 3 hospitals . The methods used were field and library studies. The data collection means were: questionnaire, observation, interview, and reviewing records & documents. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics. The hospitals were classified as follows: 1- Hospital (A) , a public & general hospital 2- Hospital (B) , a public & specialized hospital 3- Hospital ( C) , a public & specialized hospital

Findings:According to the findings 1. The percentage of security equipment in hospitals A, B, & C was 90% , 64% , 49% respectively. 2- The percentage of security plans in hospitals A, B, & C was 56% , 42% , 71% , respectively. 3 -The Percentage of training programmes in hospitals A, B, & C was 33% , 27% , 55% respectively.

Conclusion:Paying attention to hospital security, especially by Minestery of Health, we we can prevent many of unexpected events.
